Support for Internet Explorer 11 ceased on 15 June 2022; hence, Octopus PC Reader service ceased at the same time. Customers are recommended to use Octopus App to continue using the following services:
- Transaction record checking
- AAVS activation
- Online payment
- Refund collection
What's more, customers can enjoy a wide range of services with Octopus App which include:
- Top up your Octopus Card anytime, anywhere
- Manage your transport expenses, including check and collect the Public Transport Fare Subsidies
- Check the past three months spending records
