You can delete your Citi Octopus Card on iPhone or Apple Watch and request a refund via the following channels in Octopus App:

Refund of Octopus on iPhone or Apple Watch (including Citi Octopus Card on iPhone or Apple Watch) is subject to an annual refund limit of HK$3,000 per mobile device.
The refund will be arranged to you through Citibank, the remaining value will be reflected on your Citibank’s credit card statement.
You can remove the Citi Octopus Card on iPhone or Apple Watch by going to Apple ID account page or use Find My iPhone, and then restore the Octopus in another device.
You can also report loss of your Octopus by clicking here or calling the Lost Octopus Reporting Hotline (24-hour) on 2266 2266.
You can add a new Citi Octopus Card on iPhone or Apple Watch via Octopus App the next day after you report loss of the original Citi Octopus Card on iPhone or Apple Watch
The refund will be arranged to you through Citibank, and it takes about 10 working days. The remaining value will be reflected on your Citibank’s bank statement of Citi Octopus Credit Card.
We shall refund the remaining value (if any) of your lost Citi Octopus Card on iPhone or Apple Watch to your linked account of your Citi Octopus Credit Card after you have replaced it.
Please suspend or remove the Octopus in the device by going to Apple ID account page or use Find My iPhone. You can then apply for a refund for your Citi Octopus Card on iPhone or Apple Watch by clicking here.
