OKAbout the Easy Park Auto-Payment Service
With the new Octopus Easy Park Auto-Payment Service, you can enjoy a seamless parking experience without tapping your Octopus. After registering for the service, you can directly enter or leave the car park without taking out your Octopus. The whole payment process is fully automated, which is very convenient.
You must have Octopus on your iPhone or Apple Watch, or Octopus on Android (Preview Release) and register your Octopus number in your Octopus Wallet account.
Applying for the Octopus Easy Park Auto-Payment Service is free of charge.
At present, Octopus Wallet users can enjoy Easy Park Auto-Payment Service at iCity, Choi Hung Park & Ride Public Car Park (No.8 Clear Water Bay Road), KTR350, Sun Tuen Mun Shopping Centre, Paradise Mall, Telford Plaza, PopCorn, Maritime Square, NINA MALL, 11 SKIES, Times Square, The Wai, The LOHAS, The SOUTHSIDE, King Palace Plaza, COS Centre, Novum West, FTLife Tower, Plaza 88, Concordia Plaza, Eastcore, Indi Home, Lane Up, Kai Bo22, YF Life Tower, Kings Wing Plaza, Maxgrand Plaza and Kwong Yuen Estate. The service will be launched at other car parks soon.
Input your license plate number to link with your Octopus registered in the Octopus App.
You may need to activate the Easy Park Auto-Payment Service when you enter the carpark the first time, or you may have to tap your card if the parking fee exceeds $200.
The first time you use it in a designated car park, tap your registered Octopus at an Octopus reader at the entrance or exit to a designated car park for the service activation.
The service will take effect 30 minutes after you activate the service
