You need an Octopus Wallet. Click here for details.
Octopus Wallet users can pay specific bills of the following government departments. The list of supported bills will be updated from time to time.
- Water Supplies Department
- Inland Revenue Department
- Rating and Valuation Department
- Government General Demand Note
On the other hand, Octopus Wallet payment is also accepted at designated counters or self-service kiosks in some government offices or departments. For more information, please visit here.

This is to fulfill the requirements of the Faster Payment System (FPS). We will only use this information for processing your bill payment.
A Payment Reference Number is given at the end of each successful payment transaction. Alternatively, you can check the payment transaction details in the Activities Feed of your Octopus Wallet.
You can pay government bills with the Octopus Wallet around the clock. However, individual departments may impose a cut-off time for payment. Please refer to the bill statement or contact the corresponding department for details.
