• eBoarding ticket is to be used by the passenger with name provided during booking in TurboJET App. Proof of identity must be presented at the first boarding gate for verification.
• Booking confirmation QR code will be downloaded to Octopus App and sent to the email address provided. Passengers must present the QR Code on mobile device to gain access at the first gate before immigration.
• No cancellation, refund or reschedule will be allowed once booking is confirmed. TurboJET's Terms & Conditions of Carriage of Passenger and Luggage apply.
• In case of any disputes, the decision of TurboJET and Octopus Cards Ltd. shall be final.
