Collect with Mobile Octopus
(including Octopus on iPhone and Apple Watch, Octopus on Android, Huawei Pay Octopus and Smart Octopus in Samsung Pay)
Step 1 Open Octopus App and tap "Message"
Remark: Please register your Octopus in Octopus App before collecting Octopus top-up value
Step 2 Select the Octopus with Octopus top-up value to be collected
Step 3 Tap "Collect"
Remark: If you are holding a Smart Octopus in Samsung Pay, authentication with fingerprint / Iris / PIN is required for collecting Octopus top-up value
Step 4 Receipt is shown and the collection is completed.
