OCL reminds the public and customers to be alert of phishing email
(Hong Kong, September 4, 2023) Octopus Cards Limited (Octopus) reminds the public and customers of a case of phishing email with a link to an unauthorized website which requests customers to provide their personal information.

- hxxps://www[.]pamainfissi[.]com/soft/cn/
- hxxps://kipa[.]kebbistate[.]gov[.]ng/octopus_refund/banks/bank_cn
- hxxps://kipa[.]kebbistate[.]gov[.]ng/octopus_refund/banks/bank_en
Octopus hereby clarifies that Octopus is not the sender of these emails and has no connection whatsoever with the contents mentioned there-in.
We would like to remind the public to be alert to any email or message that contains an embedded hyperlink or a request to enter personal information. Customers should under no circumstances disclose their personal data to unsolicited senders.
