Replacement Procedure
On-Loan Octopus card replacement programme is applicable to Anonymous Octopus and Personalised Octopus. An Anonymous Octopus has no name on the back, while a Personalised Octopus has the name and / or photo of the cardholder printed on the back.
Sold Octopus card replacement programme is applicable to Special / Limited Edition Octopus, Octopus Watches, Mini Octopus and Octopus Ornaments.
