“FPS x PromptPay QR payment” service does not require an additional application but requires accepting the Terms and Conditions before initiating the first payment.

The “FPS x PromptPay QR payment” card image provides Octopus App users access to use the QR scanner to make payments. The feature cannot be disabled nor deleted by users.

Once the customer confirms the payment and the transaction amount are deducted from the Octopus Wallet, the transaction is considered final and cannot be cancelled.

You can fill out the “Octopus Wallet FPS x PromptPay Dispute form” and send it to Octopus Cards Limited or email it to omp@octopus.com.hk within 20 days of the transaction.
