Step 1: Hold an On-Loan Octopus which will become invalid and needs to be replaced under Octopus Card Replacement.
Receive reader prompt of “Dood~ Dood Dood” when tapping the Octopus on an Octopus reader
Step 2: Transfer the On-Loan Octopus to Mobile Octopus during Reader Prompt Period
Note: Only Anonymous On-Loan Adult / Elder Octopus and Personalised On-Loan Adult / Elder Octopus (except designated card types) can be transferred.

Step 3: Enable push notification function in Octopus App to collect the Offer
Octopus App push notifications will be sent to eligible customers so they can collect the $30 Octopus Top-up Value according to the schedule in Remark 4. Please click here to learn how to collect Octopus Top-up Value in Octopus App.
Remarks:
- Limited quota, on a first-come, first-served basis. If the quota is exceeded, an announcement will be made on our website, www.octopus.com.hk
- The promotion is only applicable to customers using eligible Apple, Huawei and Samsung mobile devices.
- Each eligible customer with an eligible device is entitled to the Offer only once.

Period of transferring Octopus to Mobile Octopus Earliest collection date of the Offer 30 November 2023 to 20 December 2023 (both dates inclusive) 27 December 2023 21 December 2023 to 19 March 2024 (both dates inclusive) 7 days after transferring Octopus to Mobile Octopus - The Offer will be forfeited automatically without notice if the eligible customer fails to collect the Offer within 30 days after the earliest collection date of the Offer.
