Octopus App is all you need to enjoy seamless payment in Thailand! Simply scan the “PromptPay” QR code presented by 8 Million PromptPay merchants and pay directly using your Octopus Wallet balance.
All Octopus Wallet Plus and Pro (Verified) users can use “FPS x PromptPay QR payment” service instantly¹. Enjoy convenient shopping, dining and transporting in Thailand!

Confirm the transaction amount.
If the merchant has set the payment amount, customers cannot change it. Otherwise, customers can set the amount themselves.

You can see the receipt after your payment is completed.

You can check your Octopus Wallet activities feed and account summary in the Octopus App anytime to view your “PromptPay” related transactions.
Safe and secure
When you make payments to “PromptPay” merchants, the payment will be deducted from your Octopus Wallet directly. You will receive In-App push notification messages for all transactions.
You can add money to your Octopus Wallet before your trip! This allows you to keep track of your travel budget conveniently!
