Fully Mint Limited (Fully Mint) operates four New Territories green minibus (GMB) routes - No. 501A, 501C, 501K and 501S, and overcharged passengers for fares during the period from 19 May 2024 to 26 July 2024. Passengers who travelled on these four minibus routes and paid the fare using their Octopus during this period will have the overcharged fares fully refunded by Fully Mint through their Octopus.
Passengers who travelled under the $2 Scheme were not affected and do not need to claim any refund.
Affected passengers can claim the refund through the Octopus App, or by visiting Octopus Service Points, from 5 August 2024 to 30 April 2025. Please refer to the detailed steps provided here.
